We provide a full range of services regarding CQC compliance, governance and future performance. As part of Pre-inspection readiness we provide a full action plan to fulfill all the criteria as required by the CQC, these can include practice risk logs, staff training and reporting, signage and patient flyers. Post inspection, we provide a comprehensive liaison with the CQC following feedback and a final report. A clinical audit checklist is also provided, working with the staff to ensure all changes are understood and appreciated to ensure patient care is followed through.
