‘Vinny has an excellent ability to produce quality work for his clients. The work Vinny has completed for us in a very short period of time has been amazing that also shows he has the understanding, experience, knowledge and the commitment to his clients. When CQC visited our practice recently, they could not stop praising the quality of work that was initially produced by Vinny. His presentations that including Staff meeting and the CQC, staff documents, policies and the surgery risk logs were rated as outstanding. He also produced slides for our waiting room display screen.

 

Vinny is so easy to approach and work with and he is very flexible to his job, very professional. Our surgery, the team and I are grateful and thankful to him for his support and help.

With the help and support from Vinny we are now expecting a good rating as advised by the CQC in June 2017.
