‘Vinny was referred to us to help us prepare for a re-inspection by the CQC. Our last CQC inspection did not go too well. He helped and supported the surgery to bring all of our compliances and protocols up to date.

 

His knowledge is very good in terms of what is required for the CQC inspection. He was detailed and concise with all of his documents.

 

All of the material he produced was really good and what the CQC expected to see, our revisit went well and the report published on Dec 22nd 2016 was changed to a good rating thanks to Vinny’
