To whom it may concern,
Manor House Practice is a small single-handed practice in Feltham.
Our 2017 CQC inspection had rated us ‘Requires Improvements’. We were given a year to make improvements to our practice. Our staff worked extremely hard in that year to improve our practice rating, however, come the 2018 inspection, we had been ruled ‘Inadequate’. This was a complete surprise to us all and we knew we needed external guidance.
Vinny Patel had been communicating with our gP for some time and agreed to come meet with me. In the first meeting he had convinced me he was the man for the job.
As time went on, he provided us with the help and support we needed to improve our surgery. Not only did he focus on the CQC report, he also went through everything in the practice with a fine toothcomb to ensure our practice could not be faulted.
Though we didn’t work together long, he lived up to all his promises and provided support and advice for us along the way. He and his team worked around the clock to meet our deadlines to an exceptional standard.
I can whole0heartedly recommend him to any healthcare service provider for any improvements, small or big, they may need to make. I can say, without hesitation, Vinny knows his stuff.
