Our organisation was served with a Notice of Proposal to cancel our registration.

 

Vinny Patel has been a tremendous help in bringing our business into line with current CQC requirements.

 

The documentation and implementation that he assisted us with has been outstanding, and the staff are more confident with working with the new systems that we have put into place.

 

Vinny was able to assist us in creating effective risk assessments so this was easy to follow for all field staff, and met with CQC requirements.

 

Staff training policies were created, with a concise Staff Induction workbook, alongside Core Skills for Care Workers, this allowed for a more robust recruitment structure to be put into place in line with CQC requirements.

 

An effective complaints procedure was implemented with a complaints leaflet for our users to feedback on our service was also produced by Vinny.

 

I would strongly recommend to any organisation that work within such a heavily regulated industry to have the expertise of a professional consultant like Vinny Patel, we fully understand that we are an organisation that will always be a work in progress but we hope that Vinny will remain a core part of our compliance processes, in keeping us up to date with current practice.
