Before I knew of Vinny Patel, our GP service struggled with a CQC requirements and improvements. Following CQC visit last year we had required improvement in most areas.

 

He was always there to help during our time of inspection, worked meticulously, advised and changed our processes to improve our rating. Vinny Patel has changed this and our feedback from the inspection team on 10th Aug 2017 was very positive and now we are expecting a GOOD rating.
